Some businesses in Ohio are still using T12 florescent tube lighting in their buildings. These bulbs are the largest and least energy efficient florescent bulbs available. The reason is AEP Ohio has announced that they will discontinue energy efficiency incentives for T12 lighting retrofits as of January 1, 2015.
